1. Maintenance and management of central control room, electrical cabinet and distribution cabinet

Lock the doors of central control room, electrical cabinet and distribution cabinet;

Seal all wiring holes (pits) that may introduce dust, moisture, rodents or other insects to prevent paper dust from entering the control room, and keep the control room clean;

It is strictly prohibited to refit, disassemble and replace system components not approved by Jingshan light machinery without authorization, and other electrical equipment shall not be overlapped in the electric cabinet;

Do not disassemble control cables, grounding wires, power supply lines, communication cables and other cables without reason. If cables need to be disassembled due to equipment maintenance, be sure to keep the identification intact and restore the cables to ensure reliable wiring;

After the new equipment is operated for one month and every six months, comprehensively check and fasten all kinds of wiring terminals.

2. Operation station maintenance management

Operate in a civilized manner, take good care of the equipment, keep it clean, dust-proof and waterproof, cut off power every week for purging and maintenance, including dust cleaning inside the industrial computer;

It is strictly prohibited to use software not provided by Jingshan light machinery on industrial computer (computer), PLC, HMI and various controllers, and use USB flash disk carefully to prevent virus intrusion;

Backup all kinds of upper computer software and data required by the system;

In case of long-term shutdown, PLC, HMI and controller with program shall be powered on continuously for more than 8 hours every week to ensure that there is no program or data loss due to long-term power failure.
