The working principle of the nailing machine is the same as that of the ordinary stapler. The difference is that the nailing machine uses tiger teeth as a backing plate, which is specially used for carton sealing.

The nail box machine has the advantages of light weight, simple operation, stable and firm sealing, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency. It is widely used for sealing various cartons and calcium plastic boxes that need to be loaded with heavy objects or are difficult to be sealed with adhesive tape.

Before using the newly purchased nailing machine, it is necessary to carefully read the operation instructions of the equipment, understand the basic structure, performance and operation method of the equipment, and avoid blindness in operation and use.

Secondly, when nailing the box, adjust the position of the main baffle and the left and right baffle according to the shaking cover of the carton, as well as the position of the upper and lower nail heads of the enterprise. During adjustment, it should be noted that the left and right baffles should not be clamped too tightly, but a cardboard can be easily inserted and pulled out.

After mechanical adjustment, the carton nailing machine can be set by computer according to the screen: carton height = original carton height - 40mm, number of carton nails, set distance of carton nails, whether to set reinforcing nails, single and double pieces, and then the carton can be nailed.

Working principle of nail box machine:
1. Place a piece of paperboard in the binding part, and the technician shall set the binding pressure according to the thickness of the paperboard, and adjust the width of the nail box support frame according to the length and thickness of the paperboard:

3. According to the production and sales notice of the enterprise, the students are required to order the box nails. The box nails shall be designed along the central line of the overlapping part, and the deviation shall not exceed 3mm;
4. The nail spacing of the nail box machine is uniform, the tail nail is 20 mm from the upper and lower lines, the spacing of single nail is not more than 55 mm, and the spacing of double nail is not more than 75 mm.
5. Each process leader and team leader can take a carton and check the products respectively. During the inspection, the carton shall be placed under natural light.

Nails shall be fixed and connected, and there shall be no piled nails, missing nails, missing nails, broken nails, curled nails, no corners, etc

When nailing the box by the box nailing machine, the two box blanks shall be aligned without scissors.

The difference between the two diagonal lines on the top of the carton with a total size of less than or equal to 1000mm shall not be greater than 3mm, the total deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated carton shall not be greater than ± 2mm, the total deviation of the inner diameter of a double corrugated carton shall not be greater than ± 4mm, and the difference between the two diagonal lines on the top of the carton with a total size of more than 1000mm shall not be greater than 5mm, the inner diameter of a single corrugated carton, The total deviation of double corrugated boxes shall not be greater than ± 5mm.
