5. The lifting of upper tile series, pressure stick and glue stick are all controlled by pneumatic.
6. The paper guide adopts vacuum adsorption with air volume regulation device to maintain the stability of corrugated type under high-speed state.
7. Bearings of tile series and pressure bar are lubricated with high temperature resistant grease.
8. The gluing part adopts automatic circulating glue supply.
9. The upper and lower corrugated are made of 48crmo high-quality alloy steel. After heat treatment, the hardness is above hv1200, and the surface is treated with tungsten carbide or hard chromium plating.
10. The surface of the gluing series is subject to anilox engraving and chrome plating.
11. Manual or electric rubber separator.
12. The gluing department can be shut down in two ways: independent operation or non independent operation.
