Nail box part

Japan's Mitsubishi double servo drive, accurate precision, reduced mechanical transmission parts, can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate.

The head reducer adopts Taiwan Liming brand. The gear reducer adopts Shanghai Oute brand.

Taiwan tail wheel touch screen operation, parameters (pitch distance, number of pegs, kinds of pegs, tailgate) can be changed easily and quickly.

The whole control system adopts Japan's Mitsubishi PLC control system.

The rear electric baffle is driven by a stepping motor, the size is accurate, and the size change is more convenient and quick.

The photoelectric and proximity switches adopt the Japanese Omron brand. The intermediate relay adopts the French Schneider brand. Contactors and circuit breakers adopt Taiwan Shihlin brand.

The cylinder and solenoid valve are made of Taiwan AirTAC brand.

The bottom mold and the blade are made of Japanese alloy tungsten steel (wear-resistant).

The whole group of nail heads are all made of Japanese die steel and precision machined by computer gongs.

It can be nailed with single nails/, double nails//, and reinforced nails (////// two ends are double nails and the middle part is single nail).

It can be completed at one time and can meet the different requirements of different customers for nail types.
